Shula’s Hilton Naples Location is one of 973 Establishments Worldwide to Earn the Award.
NAPLES, Fla., August 4, 2015 – Shula’s Steak House in the Hilton Naples today announced that for the first time it has been awarded the Wine Spectator Magazine Best of Award of Excellence for its superior wine list. Wine Spectator’s restaurant wine list awards recognize restaurants whose wine lists offer interesting selections, are appropriate to their cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers.
The Best of Award of Excellence is the publication’s second-tier award, created to give special recognition to restaurants that clearly exceed the requirements of the one-tier Award of Excellence. These lists typically offer 350 or more selections, along with superior presentation, and display either vintage depth, with several vertical offerings of top wines, or excellent breadth across several wine regions.
“At Shula’s Steak House Naples, we have continuously strived to improve our wine list with offerings that exceed the expectations of our guests,” said Tom Donahue, General Manager and Food & Beverage Director. “This award is a result of our commitment to providing the finest dining experience in Naples, which we hope will result in our receiving the Wine Spectator top-tier award.”
For the past nine consecutive years, Shula’s Steak House Naples had earned the one-tiered Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
