Naples, FL – January 5, 2015 – Shula’s Naples today announced its 2014 MVP award winners. The four MVPs are head server Gabor Molnar, server Norma Alvarez, prep cooks Voyant Williamceau and Moinicien “Paulie” Palissier.

When presenting this prestigious award of recognition, Dave Shula, (President of Shula’s Steak House’s, LLLP and the Son of namesake Coach Don Shula) said, “On behalf of Coach Shula, we congratulate the MVP award winners of Shula’s Steak House, Naples. The success of our award-winning Shula’s operations nationwide can be attributed in part to the dedication of our star MVP team players.”

According to Shula’s Naples general manager Tom Donahue, MVP award winners are more than just team players doing his or her job 100%. They stand out as someone who you can count on to report to work with no advance notice if needed. The MVP has not only learned his or her job perfectly, but strives to learn more and asks to be cross-trained to learn more about the operation. The MVP asks to work on a busier shift – not for increased compensation, but to face the challenge of running their area as efficiently as possible.
