NAPLES, FLA. – November, 17th 2014 – Shula’s Steak House in the Hilton Naples today announced the promotion of its general manager Tom Donahue to Shula’s general manager and director of food and beverage for the hotel.

In his new position, Mr. Donahue will continue to be responsible for overseeing Shula’s Steak House, including its banquet and catering services, as well as all culinary operations for the hotel’s banquet and catering operations.

 “Tom is highly respected by executive management of the Shula’s organization, as well as by the Hilton Naples ownership and corporate leadership at parent company Cooper Hotels,” said Clark Hill, Hilton Naples general manager. “Excellence in personnel, service delivery and product quality has become the hallmark of Shula’s Naples under his leadership.”

Mr. Donahue joined the Shula’s team as assistant coach in September 2004. He was promoted to general manager in 2008. Mr. Donahue serves on the board the United Way of Collier County, where he also served as campaign chair and on the Walk Committee. He also serves on the county Make-A-Wish Foundation President’s Council. In 2013, Mr. Donahue was a member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier Class.
