For a hearty but healthy main dish salad, our Spinach Salad is far from simple with sweet and savory pairings of dried cranberries, candied pecans, goat cheese, sunflower seeds and strawberries. If it’s not lunch without a sandwich, our Mediterranean Vegetable Wrap is a smart way to satisfy with a garden’s worth of veggies draped in a creamy cannellini bean spread on a whole wheat wrap. Finally, we are taking our steak game to a new level with a Cauliflower Steak, accompanied with heirloom tomatoes, basil oil and tomato coulis.If you are in the mood to indulge a bit, we’ve got you covered with a variety of exciting new menu options. We are offering some new ways to enjoy our award-winning Shula Cut® steaks, including a Steak Sandwich oozing with Gruyère cheese and dressed with garlic herb mayo and red onion jam on a toasted ciabatta roll. Or, enjoy a twist on tradition with our “Times Square” Strip, spice rubbed and served with mashed potatoes, corn and bacon salsa with herb demi and tobacco onions. And you can never go wrong with our Filet Mignon Medallions with mashed potatoes, veggies, and our signature cognac-peppercorn sauce.Chicken fanatics will swoon over our Roasted Chicken, which we herb brine and serve with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Our Pork Tenderloin is a classic reinvented with bourbon apples and maple-balsamic glaze.
